I took one of these tables home and ordered another to pick up in store. After returning within hours of purchase I was unable to get a refund even for the ordered product that was only partially processed and not yet shipped. They are very tall and way too tall for my needs. So with the only option to have store credit with no other suitable shorted options available in store I do not reccomend purchasing from nood. Their returns policy is very archaic and not consumer friendly.

While we don’t offer cash refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases, we do happily offer an exchange or store credit on full‑price items, provided they’re returned in a saleable condition within 21 days and in their original packaging. This policy applies regardless of whether items have been collected, as orders are often processed and allocated immediately after purchase.
