An up close image of the fault, damage or concern.
An image of the product as a whole, including its surroundings in your home/office etc.
An image indicating where on the product the fault, damage or concern can be found.
If applicable, an image of any packaging the product was delivered in.
Where an image cannot show accurate details, video footage of the fault, damage or concern.

Where possible, please include these photographs along with this form. Alternatively, you can discuss with a nood team member the best way to send these images through.
