Giveaway T&Cs

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions and giveaways we run via social media, in addition to our Terms of Service.  

    1. Eligibility: The competition or giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over, except employees and associates of Nood Trading Limited and anyone judging the competition (if applicable). 

    1. Entry:  To enter the giveaway entrants must: 

    a) follow and comply with the instructions provided in the competition or giveaway announcement posted on the relevant online platform (e.g. Instagram or Facebook) (the “Announcement”); and 

    b) follow the Nood account on the relevant online platform. 

    1. Giveaway/Competition Period: The giveaway or competition period is stated in the Announcement. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. 

    1. Prize: The prize must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize. 

    1. Winner Selection: Where the Announcement relates to a giveaway, a winner will be chosen at random from all entries received. The draw will take place at the time stated in the Announcement. The result of the draw is final. 

    1. Advising results: Prize winner(s) will be notified via the relevant online platform on which the Announcement was made, or by email if applicable. Prize winner(s) must respond to our notification to confirm their willingness and ability to receive the prize, and to arrange for the shipping of the prize. If the prize winner cannot be contacted or otherwise does not reply to our notification within 7 days of the prize winner being announced, we may select a substitute winner at our discretion but will not have any obligation to do so. In any event, we will not be liable to any entrants or prize winner(s) in any way. 

    1. Entry Restrictions: Entries that are incomplete or do not meet the entry requirements will not be considered. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions and/or otherwise taken any action that has given or may have given the entrant an unfair advantage. 

    1. Privacy: We respect your privacy. You may provide personal information to us to enter the competition or giveaway. We will collect, hold, use and share your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. 

    1. Shipping: Unless stated otherwise in the Announcement description, we will cover the cost of shipping the prize to a New Zealand address.  

    1. Modification of Terms: We may modify or amend these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions current at the time the Announcement is first published will apply to the giveaway or competition. 

    1. Suspension, Modification or Termination of Giveaway/Competition: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or competition at any time without prior notice.  

    1. No Liability: We will not be liable to any entrants, prize winner(s) or third party in any way whatsoever, including in respect of any delay or failure in delivery. 

    1. Use of social media: The competition or giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any online platform or online platform operator that may be used by us to promote and/or announce giveaways and competitions.
