All shipping rates are in NZ dollars.

To see if an item is sent with Mainfreight or Aramex, this information can be seen in the "Shipping Information" of an item.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-10 working days subject to availability of stock.
During high volume periods, please expect an additional 2-3 working days for dispatch.
If you are unable to receive an order, please contact us at web@nood.co.nz as soon as you have placed your order. We can hold items for approx. 2-4 weeks if needed.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Smaller orders are typically delivered by Aramex and should be received within 7 working days of dispatch, although courier delays can occasionally occur.
Furniture will be delivered within 5–10 working days following dispatch via Mainfreight.
All items sent by Aramex may require a signature on delivery.
The customer will be contacted before any furniture deliveries to arrange a suitable time by Mainfreight.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Boxes.

At nood we believe in being transparent with our costs. All orders placed online at nood.co.nz will have a delivery fee calculated at check out. This fee is dependent on your order size and delivery location.
