    Beautiful but a little inconsistent

Brought this for a friend as she already had one and loved it. It's a great cushion and good quality, however the one I brought the 'flower' parts have really long strands compared to my friends first one, they were at least twice the length maybe more. The longer length looked kind of weird.

Hi Samara, thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review, and we're glad to hear you think the Cushion is a great quality piece. We really appreciate you sharing your feedback about the difference you noticed with the flower strands between your cushion and your friend's.
We're sorry to hear that the length inconsistency didn't quite match what you were expecting. This certainly sounds like something we'd like to look into further. We'll pass your feedback on to our product team so they can investigate and help us ensure consistency across our cushions.
Thank you again for your honest review, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
