The bean bag looks great, feels great but i got it home and filled then noticed a hole . Had to get the beans out and return to store, where the staff happily changed it. Was a mission getting the beans back into the bag only to discover another hole. The overlocking on the seams is not great. I have not returned only because it is such a mission to get the beans in and out. Fingers crossed the seams stay strong with a bit of use time will tell.
