These nood rewards programme and nood reward points terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with our standard terms & conditions available here. By using nood reward points, you agree to be bound by the terms below and the then applicable terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions from time to time and it is your responsibility to review any amended terms and conditions prior to your next purchase online or in-store.

Membership

By joining our noodist membership you are part of our nood reward points programme. To become a member we require you to provide us with your email address and phone number. All information provided must be true and correct. Failure to provide this information will mean you will be ineligible for membership. It is your responsibility to keep your membership profile up to date and accurate.

nood reward points, and your membership to nood rewards is not transferable - they belong to you and can only be used by you.

We will send you updates about the latest promotions that nood are having by email and sometimes post. You can unsubscribe at any time but you will miss out on important updates.

How to Earn and Spend

Noodist members earn rewards points at a rate of 3% per purchase on eligible purchases, for example, $50 would earn $1.50. Rewards points are accrued as you go. nood reward points can be redeemed instore or on the nood website towards the purchase price (either in full or in part) of your next nood purchase but are not redeemable for cash.

Unless excluded within specific promotional terms, all purchases (excluding freight and shipping costs) earn nood reward points except the purchase of seconds, clearance, samples and nood gift cards.

nood rewards points cannot be used to pay for shipping, freight or gift cards.

Unless the nood reward points programme is terminated or cancelled earlier in accordance with these terms and conditions, nood reward points will expire 6 months after issue.

Any damaged or defective products that are returned to nood will not impact your nood reward points balance (but are subject to our applicable returns policy).

Only completed purchases paid for in full with cash, debit or credit card, Laybuy or Afterpay will earn nood reward points (purchases made using nood reward points, Farmlands Card or a Q Card do not accrue further nood reward points).

Where the customer receives a lower price, rewards will accrue based on that lower price.

When products are ordered and a deposit is paid, nood rewards points accrue after the full payment has been received and the products have been collected or delivered.

Privacy

By applying for and using nood reward points you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. You can learn more about our privacy policy here.

Cancellation and Termination

We may cancel, withdraw or alter the nood rewards points programme at our discretion, including altering the reward rate at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership of the nood rewards programme if you breach any of our applicable terms and conditions.

You can terminate your membership of the nood rewards programme at any time by notifying us at web@nood.co.nz.

On the termination of your noodist membership or the cancellation of the nood rewards programme for any reason any unused nood reward points will expire.
