how to order

you can currently purchase nood products in 3 ways:

instore
go into any of our retail stores located around New Zealand and purchase / order our products instore.

order online
browse our range online adding your selection to the cart. at checkout the delivery charges will be noted. payment can be made using a secure socket layer (SSL) transaction system that encrypts and protects your credit card information.
if deliveries are required for more than one address, an order for each address will need to be placed  and delivery will be charged for each address.

by phone
browse our range online, and then contact nood via phone on 0800 go nood (0800 466 663) and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.
operating hours are:
9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
10am - 5pm Saturday
10am - 4pm Sunday

deliveries
• orders received should be picked and despatched within 5 working days of the order being placed with the exception of public holidays or lack of available stock
• unless requested, all items other than furniture will be sent on courier economy with a signature required on receipt. this should be received within 5 business days of despatch. however in some remote or isolated areas, additional delivery time may be required.
We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes.
• furniture will be sent using an approved furniture delivery company, and you will receive a confirmation email when despatched.

• once your order is in your delivery region, the you will be contacted by our furniture delivery company to arrange suitable time for delivery.

missing or broken product
if upon receipt you find your product broken or incomplete contact our customer services on 0800 46 6663 within 2 days of receipt.

please note however, that larger sized, heavier items will be classified as furniture and will therefore incur a different set of costs

furniture
furniture deliveries will carry a delivery charge of $65 for the first item, then additional surcharges per extra item. ($65 is equal to $15 standard freight with $50 surcharge added)

there may be an additional charge, or delivery restrictions may apply if your delivery address falls outside the main centres listed below. if this is the case and you have placed an order online, you will be contacted by customer services to discuss options for your order. we will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.
please also note that delivery to inner city apartments in some areas may incur an additional delivery charge.
